Board of Directors

The Board of Directors shall consist of not less than four (4) nor more than eleven (11) persons. The board shall by resolution from time to time determine the maximum and minimum number of directors. The term of office of the directors shall be two (2) years. Members of the Board of directors whose full terms expire shall be eligible for reelection. Those filling unexpired terms are eligible for election to a full term.
